Richat is a small garlic grater plate with raised concentric rings designed to quickly break down garlic cloves.The layered rings and speckled glaze give the surface a mineral character, reminiscent of natural geological formations. At 4 inches wide, it’s compact and practical. Easy to keep near the stove whenever fresh garlic is on the menu.
Our pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe unless noted otherwise. However gentle handwashing is recommended to preserve the glaze and extend the life of your handcrafted piece, especially for items with transfers or hand-painted details. Microwave safe, just avoid temperature shock by heating and cooling slowly and evenly and never heat empty.
